Wedding car rental in Karachi, priced before you ask
Most wedding car pages in this city will not tell you a rate until you call. Ours are below, every vehicle, every function. A single decorated groom car starts at PKR 5,000 a day. A full baraat fleet with a groom car, two family SUVs and a 25 seat coach lands between PKR 50,000 and PKR 70,000 for the day.
We have run more than 50 Karachi weddings since 2020, and shadi transport in this city is its own discipline. What follows is what we have learned about getting cars to the right gate at the right hour, and what each part actually costs.

Every rate below is for a wedding booking with a chauffeur, and fuel is included. Confirm the figure for your own timings on the call.
The groom car
The one in every photograph. Pick for how it looks standing still at the venue gate.

The Mercedes C180 is the most booked groom car we run. The Audi A6 goes to couples who want something that is not the default. The Land Cruiser and LC 300 are the choice when the venue is a farmhouse out on the Northern Bypass and the groom is travelling with family rather than alone.
Family and procession cars
The cars immediately behind the groom. These carry parents, siblings and the people who need to arrive with the groom rather than after him.

The Fortuner is the single most requested wedding vehicle in Karachi and it is the first thing to sell out in December. Book it early or take the Prado, which is the same money and the same seven seats.
Guest and baraat transport
Moving a group between the house, the hall and the reception. One coach beats six cars on cost, on parking and on keeping everyone together.

A Coaster at PKR 15,000 moves 25 guests. The same 25 people in sedans would be five cars at PKR 5,000 each, so the coach is the same money and far less to coordinate. It also carries the dhol players and their drums, which a sedan will not.
Armored cars for sensitive weddings
Where a guest list includes people who travel under protection, we run B7 rated vehicles with security trained drivers. Armored Land Cruiser V8 at PKR 150,000, Armored Fortuner at PKR 130,000 and Armored Revo at PKR 120,000 a day. See VIP and armored hire.
Three packages that cover most weddings
Pricing a wedding one car at a time gets confusing. These are the three shapes almost every booking takes.
The groom car only, PKR 5,000 to PKR 30,000. One decorated car for the baraat and rukhsati. Suits couples whose families are driving themselves.
Groom plus family, PKR 27,000 to PKR 60,000. A groom car and two SUVs behind it. The most common booking we take, and the one that photographs as a procession rather than a single car.
The full fleet, PKR 50,000 to PKR 70,000. Groom car, two family SUVs and a Coaster for guests. One driver briefing, one arrival time, one invoice.
Multi day bookings across mehndi, baraat and valima are quoted as one figure rather than three day rates. Send the running order and we will price the whole thing.
How long is a wedding booking
This is the question almost nobody in this market answers clearly, and it is the one that catches families out.
A wedding booking with us runs as an evening duty, usually around 7pm until 1am. That covers the baraat, the function and rukhsati for most Karachi weddings. Fuel is included, which is not the case on our ordinary daily hire.
If the night runs past 1am, which happens, the driver is paid overtime. That is settled with him directly and agreed before it happens, not added to a bill afterwards.
When you compare quotes, ask every supplier three questions:
- What hours does this rate actually cover?
- What happens, and what does it cost, if the function runs late?
- Is fuel in the number, or is it extra?
A rate that looks lower than ours may be an eight hour block with PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 an hour on top and fuel excluded, which on a long baraat night is not lower at all.
How a Karachi wedding day actually runs
The cars are the easy part. The timing is what goes wrong.
Mehndi. Usually one venue and a shorter evening. Two or three cars is normal. The groom car is rarely needed and most families save it for the baraat.
Baraat, often written barat. The day the fleet matters. The procession leaves from the house, and the gap between the groom car and the family cars decides whether it looks like a baraat or like traffic. Our drivers hold formation, which sounds minor until you have seen a procession arrive in pieces across twenty minutes.
Rukhsati, or ruksati. The tightest window of the day, and the one the photographer cares about most. The groom car needs to be at the right gate, facing the right way, before the couple comes out. We position it ahead of time rather than circling the block.
Valima, also written walima. A single venue and a single arrival, usually the calmest day. Guest transport matters more than the groom car here, because out of town relatives are still being moved around.
Your venue, before the day
A driver who already knows the venue saves you fifteen minutes at the gate and finds the photo spot without being asked. We run weddings across the city: the hotel ballrooms, the banquet halls along the main corridors, the clubs, and the farmhouse belt out past the Northern Bypass and Gadap.
Tell us the venue when you book. If it is one the driver has not run, he runs it beforehand rather than finding the entrance on the day.
If your venue is not on that list, tell us when you book and the driver will run it beforehand. We would rather do that than discover the entrance on the day.
Flower decoration
Decoration is on request, in your wedding colours, fitted on the morning of the function so it still looks fresh in the evening photographs. We either coordinate with your florist or arrange it ourselves.
Every wedding car gets a full exterior polish and an interior detail before it leaves us, decorated or not. A car that photographs badly is a car that shows up in your album for the rest of your life.
When to book for the 2026 to 2027 season
Karachi wedding season runs November to January, and December is the peak. That is not a marketing line, it is what our own booking calendar looks like every year.

The order things sell out in December: Fortuner first, then the Coaster, then the Mercedes C180 and the Land Cruiser. If your wedding is on a December weekend and you want a specific car, six weeks is not cautious, it is the minimum.
Multi car bookings fill faster than single cars, because we will not split a fleet across two weddings on the same evening.
What is included, and what is not
Included. The vehicle, a chauffeur in formal dress, a full clean and polish before handover, a briefing on your venues and running order, and a backup vehicle and driver on standby.
Not included. Flower decoration, which is quoted separately because it depends on your florist and colours. Fuel for travel outside Karachi, on a wedding in Hyderabad or Thatta for instance, which we quote as an outstation trip. Venue parking charges where the venue levies them.
